- Your content stays yours. You let us show it on Your Ideas Space according to the visibility you choose.
- You choose who sees what. Projects can be visible to everyone on the web, to signed-in users or to the team only. Your profile can be visible to everyone on the web or to signed-in users.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Be decent. No illegal, abusive or misleading content. We moderate automatically and may remove content or suspend accounts.
- We are a place to meet, not a party to your deals. Agreements between people and teams are between them.
- The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- You can leave at any time by deleting your account.
- You must be at least 18 to use Your Ideas Space.
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vahagn Mikayelyan, an individual ("we", "us"), who runs Your Ideas Space. They cover yourideas.space, user.yourideas.space and related services (the "Service").
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and is part of these Terms.
2. Who can use the Service
In short: you must be 18 or older and able to accept these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
3. Your account
In short: one person, one account; keep your sign-in secure.
- You can sign up with email and password, Google or X. Sign-in methods that use the same verified email are linked to one account.
- One person may have one account. Accounts are personal and can't be sold or transferred.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
- Your username must not impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. We may reclaim usernames that do.
4. Your content
In short: you own what you post; you let us show it according to your visibility settings.
- "Content" means anything you add: profile details, projects, posts, comments, tasks, messages, files and images.
- You keep all rights to your Content.
- You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and distribute your Content only to operate and improve the Service, and only to the people allowed by the visibility you chose. This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for copies other users already shared and backups kept for a limited time.
- Content you set to Everyone on the web can be seen by anyone and indexed by search engines.
- Only post Content you have the right to post.
5. Rules
In short: no illegal, harmful or misleading behavior.
You must not:
- post illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens, sexually exploits, promotes violence or self-harm, or discriminates;
- impersonate people or organizations, or mislead others about who you are or what a project is;
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or join requests;
- collect other users' data (for example, by scraping) without their consent;
- break, overload or get around the security or limits of the Service;
- use the Service to recruit people for work that is illegal or deceptive.
6. Moderation
In short: we check content automatically and may act on violations.
- We use automated tools, including a third-party service (OpenAI moderation), to detect content that breaks these Terms. Content flagged by these tools may be blocked or hidden.
- We may remove Content, limit its visibility, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.
- If you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected] and we will review it.
7. Projects and teams
In short: we are a meeting place, not a party to your agreements.
- Project owners and admins decide who joins, what roles they have and who is removed.
- Any agreement between users — about work, payment, equity or ownership of a project's results — is between those users. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its outcome.
- Be careful before sharing sensitive information with people you don't know.
8. Our rights
The Service, its design, code, logo and name belong to us. These Terms don't give you rights to our brand. We may use feedback you send us without any obligation to you.
9. Ending your use
In short: you can leave any time; we can close accounts that break the rules.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We then delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if the law requires it. Where possible, we will tell you why.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information from other users is accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to 100 USD. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are based. Before going to court, please contact us at [email protected] — most issues can be solved directly. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims there.

These Terms may be available in several languages. If versions differ, the English version applies.
